EGIPA Announces Increase in Official Fees

The Egyptian Intellectual Property Authority (EGIPA) has issued three main decisions, effective October 14, 2025, that revise the official fees for several IP services. The Decisions No. 138, No. 140, and No. 141 concern patents & utility models, plant varieties, and copyrights, respectively. These decisions introduce new official charges for a broader range of services and increased fees for a few existing services.
