Chair of AIPLA's AI Task Force Joins USPTO Session
On July 25, in his role as Chair of the AI Task Force of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, OBWB founding partner Jonathan Osha spoke at the USPTO listening session on “Impact of the proliferation of AI on prior art and person having ordinary skill in the art”.
