Uriah  Sanchez

Uriah Sanchez has a strong foundation in intellectual property strategy, patent prosecution, and technical analysis across emerging technologies. With experience at Wichita State University’s Office of Technology Transfer and Commercialization, Uriah has supported the full lifecycle of patent development—from early-stage innovation assessment to prosecution and post-grant proceedings.

In his work drafting and prosecuting patents, Uriah conducts patentability assessments, competitive landscape analyses, and industry benchmarking to help innovators position their technologies effectively. He is experienced responding to Office Actions and handling complex matters, including reissue applications and proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).

Mr. Sanchez has contributed to disclosures in advanced fields such as antimatter research, next-generation 5G+ communications, and automated composite systems, demonstrating an ability to translate highly technical concepts into strong, defensible patent protection.

In addition to technical and legal work, Uriah manages communications and client relationships with multinational organizations, including within the agricultural sector. His approach combines analytical rigor with clear, strategic communication to align IP protection with broader business objectives.
